Big Imagination does not use Royal Mail, all parcels are shipped via the APC delivery network.
All in stock items under normal circumstances are disptached within 1-7 working days of us receiving your order. All items we order in are normally shipped within 30 days of receipt of your order. If the supplier is out of stock or we do not receive the item within 30 days we shall contact you to discuss further action.
Big Imagination has stock of most items on our website. If an item is not in stock but is available to order it will be marked with "available to order". To Order items are normally dispatched within 30 days. We will contact you if the items you have ordered will take longer to be disptached.
We will accept returns if returned within 7 days of purchase and the item is returned in it original undamaged packaging and in new and unused condition i.e. re-saleable. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation
Please inform us if you would like to cancel your order. if the product has not been dispatched we will process the cancellation within 30 days of cancelation being placed. If goods are in the customers possesion then the goods need to be returned to Big Imagination in as new condition. Big Imagination will only pay for the return of goods in the case of incorrect goods being shipped.
